Shipping and Returns

 

Where do we ship?


GypsyTrail ships our pieces to all capital cities within Australia and in-between. We are happy to ship worldwide. However, worldwide shipping costs will be incurred. Worldwide shipping costs are at a flat rate of $27.00 for the first item and $3.00 for each additional item within the same order.

 

Shipping


We aim to ship our products within 1-5 days of receiving order and payment of goods within Australia.

 

Shipping costs within Australia are at a flat rate of $10.00 per order. With orders over $150.00, shipping is free within Australia only.

 

Orders are shipped EXPRESS via Australian Post and once the product has been shipped you will receive notification via email and a tracking number. This allows you to track and monitor the arrival of your item(s).

 

Please note: GypsyTrail is not accountable for any items that are deemed missing or are delayed due to postal processing.

 

International Shipping


As previously stated, GypsyTrail is happy to ship internationally. We ship our products at a flat rate of $27.00 for the first item and $3.00 for each subsequent item in the same order.

Each parcel will be delivered by the recipient’s countries local post office.

 

Most international orders will be delivered within 10-14 working days of making purchase.

Once the product(s) have been shipped the recipient will be notified via email and a tracking number will be given.

 

 

 

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges


At GypsyTrail we want our customers to be 100% happy and we do understand that sometimes Internet shopping can be tricky. In effect, we are happy to offer an exchange or credit note within 14 days of purchase. However, we do not make refunds for change of mind.

 

In the case of returning an item, please email GypsyTrail.com.au with the details so that we can resurrect the problem as soon as possible. In the event that the same product is unavailable at the time of exchange, we will notify the customer immediately and a credit note will be issued.

 

Please note:

 

*Returned products must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

 

*GypsyTrail staff will not accept returns or exchanges on sale products unless deemed faulty.

 

*GypsyTrail will not refund shipping costs for returned items. The customer is liable for all incurred shipping costs of the returned items.

 

*GypsyTrail is not liable for any returns lost in transit. It is the customer’s responsibility to register the returned package with their choice of shipping company and record the tracking number.

 

Faulty Items


At GypsyTrail we check and ensure all our products are in good order and packaged safely before shipping. However, we understand sometimes goods can become damaged during the shipping process. In effect, we are more than happy to exchange faulty goods if they are received damaged.

 

The goods must be returned within 30 days of being damaged. All other goods returned after this time frame will be at the discretion of the staff at GypsyTrail.

 

Where possible, we will be happy to repair the faulty item.
